How far in advance should I book?We always recommend booking as soon as possible! Especially in our peak season of June-August, our parties will fill up several days in advance. So don’t miss out and be sure to book early. Do you accept walk-ins?It is a bit risky, but sometimes we have additional space for walk-ins if we have last minute cancellations or no shows. We strongly suggest booking online before, but we can accommodate walk-ins if space allows. Our check-in process runs 7:30PM - 8:00PM just up the stairs from here. When and where do we meet for the party?We meet just up the stairs from here Spomenik dr. Franji Tuđmanu (Obala kneza Domagoja 1, 21000, Split, Croatia) Check-in runs for 7:30PM-8:00PM, please ensure you arrive on time as we cannot hold the boat for late arrivals. Can I pay by credit card?Yes, we accept all credit cards with the exception of American Express. When do we head to the boat?We will walk to the boat all together at around 8:00PM when we close check-in.

When do we return to Split?We return to Split’s port around 11:30PM.​Are there bathrooms available?Yes, we have two onboard bathrooms for you to use. Can we bring our luggage to the boat?As we had straight to the club after, we ask that you only bring small purses or hand bags. Do you serve drinks or food?We only serve drinks! No outside drinks allowed, card only, no minimum spend. Where does the boat go?We do a panoramic cruise around Split.

Are changes and cancellations free of charge?*Please keep in mind that this event typically sells out days in advance. Due to limited capacity, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before the event. You may cancel by WhatsApp/phone ‭+385953850806‬, or email hey@splitboatparty.com. Add your full name and booking date. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund, minus a €5 bank fee.Cancellations made 72 hours in advance of the event date, will receive a 50% refund, minus a €5 bank fee.Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the event date are not entitled to a refund.Changes to your reservation are free of charge. Just keep in mind that this event sells out, therefore without sufficient notice we may be unable to move you to your desired date. Yes! Our trained security staff are here to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time. They are dedicated to preventing any harassment, dangerous behavior, or anything that could harm you or others. Remember all our staff is here to help, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Additionally, the boat has CCTV cameras for added security and theft prevention.

Bringing your own drinks is not allowed for safety reasons, but we've got you covered! Our well-stocked bar offers a variety of drinks to satisfy any cravings, for your convenience you can bring your own food. We accept card only and have no minimum spend.
